The benefits of living a healthy lifestyle are tremendous, and Archdiocese of Portland is committed to supporting you as you strive to attain your wellness goals. That’s why we are thrilled to offer wellness programs for Blue Shield or Kaiser members.

Wellvolution — For Blue Shield Members

All Blue Shield members will be eligible for Wellvolution, a best-in-class disease prevention, and reversal platform. The program focuses on engagement and outcomes through a personalized model. Members take a self-assessment, and Wellvolution recommends programs to fit the member’s conditions and goals.

To encourage the use of the program, you can earn a $50 incentive each year for registering with Wellvolution, and completing the self-assessment and program enrollment.

Workforce Health — For Kaiser Members

All Kaiser members will be eligible for Workforce Health and can access it through their secure member portal. A health assessment, telephonic coaching, and healthy lifestyle programs will be offered to members to help them reach their goals. Access the new activities and features through Kaiser’s secure member portal.
