| Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance | Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance is an employee-paid plan available to all benefits eligible employees. You may buy additional life insurance for yourself, or you may add coverage for your spouse and/or eligible children. |
| Voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD) | You may choose to purchase STD coverage to shorten the waiting period before long-term disability coverage begins. Short term disability begins after a 44, 30, or 14 day waiting period, depending on the option you select. |
