Voluntary Disability Plans

You have the opportunity to enroll for voluntary benefits, including Short-Term Disability and Buy-up Long-Term Disability. The amount you pay for voluntary coverage is a post-tax deduction.

Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance

You have the option to purchase voluntary STD coverage to reduce the waiting period for benefits to begin following a disability:

Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance

Through your core benefits, you automatically receive Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage, at no cost to you. This coverage begins 90 days after your disability occurs and provides a monthly benefit of a percentage of your wages depending on enrollment selection.

All employees are enrolled in a 50% coverage level, and may also purchase a buy up to 60% or 66.66%.
