Your benefits are an important part of your total rewards. They are designed to add value to your life and support the wellbeing of you and your family.
The information below walks you through the high-level details of your core benefit options, some of which are paid for by the Archdiocese of Portland. For others, you share the cost of coverage.

| Medical - Kaiser (three options), Blue Shield (three options) | You have six plans to choose from with varying costs and levels of coverage. |
| Dental - Reta Delta, Willamette and Kaiser | You have three options for dental coverage: The Reta Delta Dental PPO plan, the Willamette Dental plan, and the Kaiser Dental plan. |
| Vision - VSP | Vision benefits are automatically provided with your dental coverage. |
| Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) | You are automatically enrolled in $25,000 of Life Insurance and AD&D coverage (reduces at age 65 and 70). |
| Long-Term Disability (LTD) | You are automatically enrolled in Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage at no cost to you — you receive a monthly benefit of 50% of your monthly wages, up to $4,000 per month. |
| Employee Assistance Program (EAP) | The EAP is a free, confidential service provided to all benefits eligible employees and their families regardless of if they enroll with any other coverage. |
