Open Enrollment 2024-2025
What’s New for 2024-2025?
- What is different for the 2024-2025 plan year is the unprecedented spike in costs for pharma, healthcare services, medical facilities and supplies with costs projected to increase. The trending escalation of costs for healthcare and related services reached the highest increase seen in decades.
- We partner with the Reta Trust to provide quality health plans with Catholic values. The Reta Team uses a conservative methodology that requires a delicate balance in pricing rates sufficiently without overcharging our parishes, schools and employees. Even though our rates are at or below national norms, we are sensitive to the burden it places on all given the spike in rates compared to years prior.
- There are now two additional medical plans to choose from in addition to the four current offerings:
-
- Blue Shield of CA $2,000 Deductible Plan
- Kaiser EPO $1,000 Deductible Plan
- Know Your Numbers – Biometric Screening
-
- Quest Diagnostics will replace Catapult Health in offering our employees enrolled with a medical plan with free, annual health screenings to help understand their health risks, improve key health measures, and lower their risk for costly chronic diseases. All in the privacy of their own homes. As a leader in diagnostic insights, Quest has an impressive 20-year track record for helping organizations nationwide empower better health and reduce healthcare spending.
